And the afternoon session was on GROWTH MINDSET VS FIXED MINDSET: THE RIGHT APPROACH FOR CREATIVITY, facilitated by Prof. Joseph Ajeinka.
It was an insightful and practical guide on how tech professionals can effectively position themselves on LinkedIn from optimizing profiles to building meaningful connections and showcasing projects.
While the afternoon session our thinking patterns and emphasized the importance of having a growth mindset to unlock creativity and innovation in the tech space. Adopting a growth mindset isn’t just important, it’s essential for innovation. We’re learning, growing, and getting equipped for the tech journey ahead!
